Everyone who works at Aria knows that the office wouldn’t be the same without our very own Aria veteran, Senior Vice President, Ross Homer. Ross recently celebrated his 5^th Aria work anniversary. For those who may not know Ross, he brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his role at Aria. I decided to sit down and ask him to share some of his insights gathered from almost two decades in the PR field. So, Happy Anniversary and here’s a blog all about Ross!

Anniversaries are a big deal at Aria. We know that working at a PR agency can be challenging and we pride ourselves on offering our staff an awesome work environment and great perks that makes them want to stick around for years. Regardless of whether it is your one year anniversary or your 15 year anniversary, we celebrate our employees – and our anniversary awards program is just one of the many ways we do so!

We’ve had a slew of anniversaries over the last few months (including my own!) as we’ve retained 93% our staff in 2019, so we thought this would be the perfect time to shine a light on some of the anniversary rewards our employees have selected recently.
