At this point in my tenure at Aria, I have interviewed many job seekers for positions ranging from hopeful interns and co-op students to VP-level candidates. This past year especially, my company has seen such high demand for our PR and marketing communications services that we have had to make a number of new hires to support our continued growth.
That all sounds really exciting – and it is—but as they say, you have to kiss a few frogs (or 20) to find your prince/ss (or PR maven). Last month, my fellow SAE Danielle Johns and I had the opportunity to attend INFLUENCEHER Week in the Seaport district in downtown Boston. Organized by the Massachusetts Innovation and Technology Exchange (MITX), the event featured an inspiring lineup of panels (one of which featured Julie Yoo, CSO and Co-Founder of Kyruus, one of Aria’s clients!), presentations, and workshops to promote and further women leaders and entrepreneurs in the technology industry.

Here at Aria we have a number of #workperks that keep us motivated, on task and well nourished (so many snacks!). One of my personal favorites has to do with Aria’s location. Aria is housed within a converted mill building just steps away from entrances to the Newton Conservators walking trails. These trails wind along the Charles River and provide a beautiful, relaxing space for a mid-day break. Curious as to what else Aria offers?
